How Ordering Works

1. Place your order

Complete the order form with:

• Event theme
• Banner wording
• Preferred colors
• Event date
• Inspiration photos (if applicable)

The more details you provide, the better I can bring your vision to life.

2. Design Proof

I’ll create a digital proof based on the details you provide and contact you using your preferred communication method (email or text).

One complimentary proof revision is included to ensure the design is just right. Additional revisions or significant design changes beyond the first revision may be subject to an additional design fee.

Once you’ve approved your proof, I’ll begin hand-painting your banner.

Please Note: To help keep your order on schedule, proofs should be approved within 3 business days. Delays in approval may affect your production timeline and estimated delivery date.

3. Painting Begins

Once your proof is approved, your banner is hand-painted.

4. Shipping or Pickup

Your finished banner will be carefully packaged and shipped via UPS Ground, or prepared for local pickup in Lake County.

Because every banner is painted completely by hand, each piece is unique.

Minor variations in brushwork, lettering, paint texture, and color are a natural part of handmade artwork and make every banner one of a kind.

Artistic & Design Disclaimer

Each banner is an original, hand-painted piece of artwork created in my personal artistic style. Because every banner is painted by hand, slight variations are a natural and expected part of the creative process, making each piece truly one of a kind.

Your digital proof is intended to communicate the overall layout, wording, colors, and design direction. While I strive to closely match the approved proof, subtle variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the painting process.

These variations may include:

• Paint color and saturation
• Brush strokes and texture
• Letter spacing and placement
• Decorative elements
• Overall artistic interpretation

By approving your proof, you acknowledge that the finished banner will closely reflect the approved design while remaining a handcrafted original—not an exact printed reproduction of the digital proof.

Production Time

Production begins after your proof has been approved.

Please allow sufficient time before your event for painting and shipping.

Portfolio & Photography

I love sharing my work!

Unless requested otherwise, I reserve the right to photograph completed banners and use those images for my portfolio, website, and social media.

If your event is a surprise or you’d prefer your banner remain private, simply let me know before painting begins.

Shipping & Care

Shipping

• FREE UPS Ground Shipping is included on all banner orders within the contiguous United States.
• Local pickup is available in Lake County, California.
• Expedited shipping upgrades may be available upon request. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability.

Banner Care

Your banner will be carefully rolled for shipping to help preserve its quality.

To keep your banner looking its best:

• Store rolled, not folded.
• Keep dry and avoid exposure to moisture.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the paint and kraft paper over time.
• Handle with care, as each banner is an original hand-painted piece of artwork.

With proper care, your banner can be enjoyed as a keepsake long after your celebration.

Returns & Cancellations

Because every banner is custom made specifically for your event, all sales are final.

Orders may not be canceled once painting has begun.

If your banner arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and banner.
